General FAQ
Q. Do you sell wholesale?
A. Yes, Satin Doll does sell wholesale. Refer to the Ordering Section for more information.
Q. Do you charge sales tax on all products?
A. No, only items sold to residents of Florida State have sales tax (6%) added to the purchase price.
Q. How do I know how much shipping cost will be?
A. We charge the actual cost of shipping. This amount can be found by filling out the shipping calculator, when you order.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, we will ship internationally. Shipping cost is based on which country the item is to be shipped to and the weight of the package.
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. First-Class Mail (USPS) = average 5-7 business days (except Hawaii and Alaska)
Canada = average 5-15 business days (may be delayed due to Customs)
International = average 5-15 business days (may be delayed due to Customs)
Q. How do I know you got my order?
A. We will send a confirmation email within 24 hours of receiving your order. This email will detail your order and specifications.
Q. I ordered but I never got a confirmation. Why not?
A. If you never got an email confirmation from us, it probably means that we tried, but your email bounced back to us. Perhaps your in-box is full, you entered your email incorrectly, or your ISP is blocking our email by mistake. You should also take a peek at your “spam” or “bulk” folder if you have one, in case the email got routed there accidentally. This occurs frequently with AOL and Hotmail accounts. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, please email again, and provide your phone number. We will confirm via telephone.
Q. How do I care for my fabric handbag?
A. Each Satin Doll handbag is designed with exclusive and individual fabrics. Please treat your handbag with care. We recommend using mild soap and water for most bags. Please test a small area on the bag prior to cleaning the entire stained area. Dry cleaning is always an excellent choice.
Q. Do you offer gift wrapping?
A. Yes, we do offer gift wrapping. Jewelry and accessory purchases at Satin Doll & Co. are beautifully presented in a gift box, perfect for sending as a gift or receiving as a gift to yourself. Please refer to the Customer Service page for more details about our signature gift presentations. Please note that some Satin Doll necklaces cannot be gift wrapped.

Gift Certificate FAQ
Q. How can I purchase a gift certificate?
A. Gift Certificates are purchased just like any other item in our store. You can pay for them using the stores standard payment method(s). Once purchased the value of the Gift Certificate will be added to your own personal Gift Certificate Account. If you have funds in your Gift Certificate Account, you will notice that the amount now shows in your "My Account" section, and also provides a link to a page where you can send the Gift Certificate to someone via email.
Q. How are gift certificates sent?
A. To send a Gift Certificate that you have purchased, you need to go to our Send Gift Certificate Page. You can find the link to this page in your personal "My Account" page. When you send a Gift Certificate, you need to specify the following:
The name of the person you are sending the Gift Certificate to.
The email address of the person you are sending the Gift Certificate to.
The amount you want to send. (Note you don't have to send the full amount that is in your Gift Certificate Account.)
A short message which will appear in the email.
Please ensure that you have entered all of the information correctly, although you will be given the opportunity to change this as much as you want before the email is actually sent.
Q. How do I make a purchase with a gift certificate?
A. If you have funds in your Gift Certificate Account, you can use those funds to purchase other items in our store. At the checkout stage, an extra box will appear that says "Tick to use Gift Certificate account balance". Clicking this box will apply those funds in your Gift Certificate Account. Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Gift Certificate Account to cover the cost of your purchase. If you have more funds in your Gift Certificate Account than the total cost of your purchase the balance will be left in your Gift Certificate Account for the future.
Q. How do I redeem a gift certificate?
A. If you receive a Gift Certificate by email it will contain details of who sent you the Gift Certificate, along with possibly a short message from them. The email will also contain the Gift Certificate Number. It is probably a good idea to print out this email for future reference. You can now redeem the Gift Certificate in two ways:
1. By clicking on the link contained within the email for this express purpose. This will take you to the store's Redeem Certificate page. You will then be requested to create an account, before the Gift Certificate is validated and placed in your Gift Certificate Account ready for you to spend it on whatever you want.
2. During the checkout procces, on the same page that you select a payment method there will be a box to enter a Redeem Code. Enter the code here, and click the redeem button. The code will be validated and added to your Gift Certificate account. You
can then use the amount to purchase any item from our store.

Wish List FAQ
Q. What is my wishlist?
A. Your wishlist is a convenient way for you to save a reminder of an item you would like to purchase later or an item that is not currently in stock.
Q. How do I add items to my wishlist?
A. To add an item to the wishlist, just click the "Add to Wishlist" button for any item that interests you. The "Add to Wishlist" button appears next to the "Add to
Bag" button in the product info pages, for customers that are logged into their
accounts.
Q. Can I add "out-of-stock" items?
A. Yes. You can add any item you choose to your wishlist.
Q. How do I view my wishlist?
A. You must be logged into your account to view the wishlist items. Click "Wishlist"
in the footer of any page on the site.
Q. How do I move my wishlist items to my shopping bag?
A. To move wishlist items to the shopping bag, click on "Move to Bag" underneath the item on the
wishlist main page and voila! The item is moved to the shopping bag.
Q. How do I remove items from my wishlist?
A. To remove items from My Wishlist, either click "Delete" under the item's name in the "My Wishlist" box or click "Delete" underneath the item on the My Wishlist main page of the item(s) you would like to remove.
Q. Can I make my wishlist available to others?
A. Sorry. Currently the wishlist is only accessible when you are logged in to your account. Therefore, you are the only one that can see it. However, you can email your wishlist to a friend by visiting the
wishlist main page, entering their email address into the 'send your wishlist to a friend' box and clicking the email envelope.
